Return & Exchange Policy

At Zeprah, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer an easy return and exchange process to make things right.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

We accept exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are only allowed in cases of:
    • Wrong size delivered
    • Incorrect item shipped
    • Defective or damaged product (not caused by misuse)

Note: We currently do not offer refunds, only exchanges.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

    Products purchased on sale or during promotional campaigns.

    Items with signs of wear, stains, perfume, or damage.

    Accessories or intimate wear (due to hygiene reasons)

Exchange Process

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

2. Provide:

  • Your order number
  • A brief reason for the exchange
  • Clear images of the product if it's damaged or defective

3. After approval, you'll receive return instructions. Please note:

  • The customer bears the shipping cost for returning the item unless the item was sent in error or was defective.
  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll ship the replacement.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must be:

  • In their original condition
  • With tags and packaging intact
  • Free of perfume, makeup, or any visible signs of use

We reserve the right to reject any item that doesn't meet these criteria.
