At Zeprah, we want you to love your purchase. If you receive the wrong size or an incorrect item, you can request an exchange within 15 days of delivery. Please note that we currently offer exchanges only, no refunds, and sale items, or items showing signs of wear are not eligible.

Once approved, we will share the return address and instructions. In all return or exchange cases, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
