At Zeprah, we want you to love your purchase. If you receive the wrong size or an incorrect item, you can request an exchange within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. Please note that we currently offer exchanges only, no refunds, and sale items, or items showing signs of wear are not eligible.

To start an exchange, contact us at info@zeprah.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and photos (if the product is incorrect or damaged). Once approved, we will share the return address and instructions. In all return or exchange cases, shipping costs will be borne by the customer. After inspection, your replacement item will be shipped promptly.
